During a clearing operation in Pasay City, a man has been taken into custody for from hitting an enforcer for the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
During an operation at F.B., the suspect was seen on CCTV capturing two MMDA enforcers on a motorcycle. Harrison Street.
Emerson Pagala, the enforcer, alleged that the man wanted to get them on camera by pushing his phone at him.
Pagala slapped the man’s hand aside knocking his cellphone to the floor. Pagala dropped as a result of the man’s first punch, which he landed as others tried to get in.
When the enforcers only towed his car during the operation, the suspect became furious and asked the reason why no other vehicles were towed.
When Pagala drove his phone away, he got mad and hit the enforcer just once. Authorities recovered 0.2 grams of suspected shabu during his incarceration.
