A man who stole twenty motorbikes from Pampanga, Bulacan, Manila, and Quezon City has been apprehended by the Manila Police District (MPD).
Attacking parked motorcycles with inserted keys, the suspect departed with a motorcycle in Tondo, Manila, right as the owner entered the premises.
The 41-year-old suspect was situated by the police at his Delpan, Manila, home.
Under the investigation, the suspect had to steal another motorcycle when the stolen one ran out of gas close to Guiguinto, Bulacan.
Later, the stolen motorcycles from the suspect’s concealing spots and the people who acquired them from him were discovered by the MPD. When parking, motorcycle riders are told by the MPD to turn off their vehicles before taking out the key.
